Moon Crust Cookies is located in Alvin TX. We do not have a physical store yet. In our online store you can place your order for shipping or pick up. For pickup we are located in Kendall Lakes area. If you choose local pickup in your order will appear the exact address.
At this time we do not offer delivery service.
If the customer fails to pick up their order - cookies will be held for 2-3 business days. After that, cookies will be discarded. We do not offer a "re-bake" or refund for orders that were failed to be picked up. Please communicate with us.

Our minimum order is $15.00 to ensure efficient production. This approach helps us manage the time and resources required to create our high-quality products while maintaining business sustainability.
Shipping and pickup days are every Monday. For pickup times you’ll receive an email with all the details.

Our production is done on a daily basis. We do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our products. We have several flavors of cookies and some of them can vary according to ingredients availability, so weekly you can get some new flavors and others that still remain on the menu.
All of our cookies range from about 6-7 oz. When determining how we price our cookies, we consider the size of the cookie, the cost of the ingredients, and the time that goes into stuffing, baking, and decorating each and every cookie. Each cookie is made completely from scratch in our kitchen.
Yes, cookies can be frozen in their original packaging for up to 6 months. Simply thaw at room temperature when ready to consume.
Our cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed, and will last at room temperature in their original packaging for up to 2 weeks. We recommend freezing your cookies if you don't plan to eat them right away.
Shipping orders are typically sent out within 5 business days within the time of the order being placed. This may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped. Orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days, via priority mail (within the US) from the time that your order is shipped. Shipping times are solely an estimate, and not a guarantee.
We are not responsible for how cookies arrive to you. Once your cookies are in the hands of our distributers, we have no control over what happens to your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. All packages are sent out perfectly intact. We do not accept returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. We also do not replace lost or damaged items. If your order was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
We offer local pickup in Kendall Lakes, TX. You will receive an email/text whenever your order is ready for pickup. Typically, within 5 business days.
