Pick-up Location: Kendall Lakes, Alvin, Texas.  Pickup day is every Monday.  The window time for prepare your pickup is 3 to 5+ days.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup including all the details.  Cookies will be held for 2-3 business days.  After that, cookies will be discarded

For arranging pick-up on a different day and time, please reach out to support@mooncrustcookies.com to discuss viable options for both parties.

Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and time are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order. 

Shipments are made every Monday via UPS Ground for USA and via USPS Priority Mail for Puerto Rico.  The window time for Ship orders is 3 to 5+ days.  Shipping carrier takes 3 to 4 days for deliver.  Moon Crust Cookies is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

When placing your orders - triple check your shipping address.  We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your cookies are sent back to us for "insufficient address input" you will have to pay shipping again. If the package is sent back to us in poor condition, we will NOT be able to reship your cookies. Please contact the distributer for any and all shipping questions. 

We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays or holidays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.

Moon Crust Cookies is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
